We will be using resistance training with free weights and bodyweight to work on isolated strength training for muscle groups.

45-minute full-body workout. Dynamic warm-up, guided cooldown, featuring explosive plyometrics, cardio kick combinations, and strength moves for power, speed, and confidence.
Zumba

Zumba is a high-energy dance fitness workout that blends Latin-inspired music with easy-to-follow choreography. It combines elements of salsa, merengue, reggaeton, and hip-hop with cardio and bodyweight movements to create a full-body workout that feels more like a dance party than exercise. Designed for all fitness levels, Zumba improves cardiovascular endurance, coordination, and mood — all while helping you burn calories and have fun.
