Cardio KickJam
45 min45-minute session with warm-up and cooldown. Kickboxing and dance-type moves and we focus on strength building as part of our cool down. A full body workout where you will get in thousands of steps & toning in only 45 minutes!

Strength & Tone
45 minWe will be using resistance training with free weights and bodyweight to work on isolated strength training for muscle groups.

Strong & Steady
45 minThis program is perfect for 55+ - helping build strength, balance, and increase endurance.

SweatBox
45 min45-minute full-body workout. Dynamic warm-up, guided cooldown, featuring explosive plyometrics, cardio kick combinations, and strength moves for power, speed, and confidence.

Zumba
45 minZumba is a high-energy dance fitness workout that blends Latin-inspired music with easy-to-follow choreography. It combines elements of salsa, merengue, reggaeton, and hip-hop with cardio and bodyweight movements to create a full-body workout that feels more like a dance party than exercise. Designed for all fitness levels, Zumba improves cardiovascular endurance, coordination, and mood — all while helping you burn calories and have fun.
